We’re partnering with Aevidum to bring the “Connect Challenge” to schools, workplaces, and other institutions. The Connect Challenge encourages students to connect with each other without the use of social media for a designated period of time. Disconnect to Connect aims to bring awareness to the widespread social media addiction affecting our children and young adults — and the growing mental health crisis that the dependency has contributed to.
Wear the pin and inspire others!
Our lapel pin is a symbol of support for those who have lost a loved one to suicide from social media addiction. It aims to strengthen personal relationships between educators, families and children to help combat excessive social media use as a community — so we can work together to build a world where these tragedies do not happen. The pin is being distributed in schools throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
